New Craft Courses

 

These are a few samples from the new Christmas card courses I will be running short. The top picture is from the Traditional cards course, and the bottom 2 from the Cute themed course. We will be working with lots of different techniques during the courses and they will be loads of fun

Art Nouveau Swan Card

This is a card I finished today for My Mother In Law's birthday next week. Swan and rushes are Art Nouveau and the pond is from the Create a Critter cartridge, the hippo page. Background card is DCWV Garden Party

Hollywood House

I made this using the gorgeous Curtain Call Papers from Graphic 45, plus a whole lot of bits and pieces from my stash. Inked shelving with Distress Inks, and used Tim Holtz glass vials to hold the sand (actually brown sugar). The "Oscar" is from a Paper Nations decoupage and the flowers were cut using the cricut.

Rollercoaster card

I made this card for Beth's 17th birthday. Always a challenge to find something new and different to do. She loves rollercoasters and the bigger and scarier the better. This is our between year, we go to Florida every 2 years so she has a bit of time to wait for a go on a proper one! Most cuts were from Carousel, but the Happy Birthday is from Paper Lace and the congrats typeface is from Hannah Montana
