God's Wave

This is a layout based around an amazing photo taken by my friend Stewart (twitter @stewart_Mackellar). I found the picture to be very spiritual and so wanted to keep the layout very simple. The font is from the Cricut cartridge Nursery Rhyme but I have had the paper a while and can't remember whose it is.

This is a card I made for our local BBC radio station to say thankyou for all the help and support that they have given my daughter's acoustic group.

The card on the flaps is from DCWV Rockstar, the sides are embossed silver using the Tim Holtz music embossing folder. Guitars are from Musical instruments, notes and microphone from Quarter Note and thankyou from TB&B2

The group Not Completely Blonde have just released their new ep called Not Completely an Album and this is a link to a fun video for one of the songs. My daughter is the not blonde one

Distressing workshop

This is one of the card samples I have made for my latest distressing course. Techniques involved are distressing, embossing and layering.

This is for Maisie, my youngest and is designed to hang. The tree is actually made up of mustaches, backed and threaded together to make a tree.

Christmas card for my husband Carl. Kept is simple. Snowmen and tree from winter frolic, bird from 3 birds on parade, "OI"! from life is a beach.

This is my Christmas card for Beth, my eldest daughter. Penguins and Igloo from Create a critter. Instruments from Cricut craft room's Musical Instruments

This is a card I have just made for my daughter. She is in an acoustic singing group called Not Completely Blonde and they have just released a new song called Playground. The song is gorgeous and the essence of it is that first love makes you feel like a child in a playground. Please check out the link below to have a listen, you won't regret it!
Playground
I used the snowmen from the Winter Frolic Cricut Cartridge and the swings etc from the Playground equipment cartridge in the Cricut Craft Room Exclusives.
